The Best Brunch On The Vegas Strip

This summer marked my first jaunt to the neon city of Las Vegas. Along with 10 of my closest friends, we soaked up everything Vegas has to offer, from pool parties to the magnificent hotels and casinos to brunching on the strip. Needless to say, it was one of the best weekends of my summer and I highly recommended it if you’re planning a girls’ getaway.

As a self-proclaimed brunch connoisseur, I’m not one to settle for the first place I see. Instagram snaps, foodie blogs, and friendly recommendations all come into play. I mean, if you’re going to eat brunch in a new city, why not eat at the very best places? And luckily for Vegas-goers, you don’t even have to leave the strip to find a delicious brunch spot.

When it comes to brunch, what happens in Vegas doesn’t have to stay there, so take a look at the 5 most buzzed about brunch spots on the Vegas strip.

The wait was longer than we’d hoped, so make sure your pad on some extra time in your schedule. But trust me, the food is worth the wait.

In Vegas, the ‘5 o’clock somewhere’ rule doesn’t really exist, so go ahead and get your margarita on at brunch. Couple it with a breakfast burrito filled with scrambled eggs, smoked bacon, cheese and pico de gallo, or their too-good-to-be-true huevos con chorizo for some zesty Mexican indulgence.  The fun décor will have you feeling groovy, oh, and did I mention bottomless frozen margaritas every weekend at brunch?
